The National Shine Your Light Yoga Festival brings together yogis across the United States as studios and fitness centers open their doors to support survivors of sexual violence in their healing with a special class. Join an in-person or online class with trauma-informed instruction.
Friends, supporters, family members and those who stand against sexual violence in all forms are encouraged to participate! This event is a national, collective breath of strength, support and healing for survivors.
Find a participating studio near you or join a virtual class. All class fees are donated to Take Back The Night Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to support our efforts to end sexual violence and support survivors. Virtual class registration is $15 and is a 100% donation to TBTNF. Learn more about the 8 Virtual Class options or sign up HERE.
