Legal Hotline Fundraiser
Don’t Leave Justice on Hold.
Keep the Line Open.
When survivors seek justice, cost should never stand in their way.
Take Back The Night’s National Sexual Assault Legal Hotline provides free, confidential, trauma-informed legal guidance to survivors of sexual violence.
More than 3,000 survivors have already turned to the hotline for help.
Available 24/7 in all 50 states, the hotline connects survivors with legal professionals who help them understand their rights and explore their options.
Now, this essential resource needs your support.
Keeping the hotline operating requires sustained funding for around-the-clock intake, attorney coordination, specialized training, and case follow-up. Without sufficient funding, we risk losing the resources needed to maintain its current level of service.
We urgently need to raise $100,000 by December 31, 2026.
Where Your Donation Goes
Every call requires resources. Every survivor deserves access.
Your contribution supports four essential areas:
24/7 hotline operations
The hotline incurs costs based on call volume and minutes used, ranging from approximately $1,500 to $4,000 per month. Donations help cover these expenses and maintain around-the-clock access.
Access to qualified legal professionals
Coordination with law firms and an extensive attorney network helps connect survivors with professionals experienced in sexual violence cases.
Trauma-informed attorney training
Specialized training prepares legal professionals to respond with sensitivity, respect, and an understanding of trauma.
Case coordination and follow-up
Administrative support, case tracking, communication with legal partners, and follow-up help survivors receive information about their legal options.
Carry Justice Forward.
