Brian Kent (He/Him)

Firm founder Brian Kent has 15 years of legal experience and has taken on several high profile cases both nationally and locally. Early on in his career, Brian was one of only 35 attorneys in the state of Pennsylvania to be named a “Lawyer on the Fast Track.” Since then, he has received a Top Lawyer rating from Super Lawyers every year. Brian previously fought for the rights of sexual assault victims as a prosecutor in the Sex Crimes Unit of the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, and Brian draws upon his experience as a prosecutor to represent victims of crime in civil lawsuits. Brian has a Masters in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and currently serves as a lecturer in the trial advocacy program at Drexel University School of Law.

Alex MacMaster (She/Her)
LEGAL HOTLINE CONSULTANT, SEXUAL ABUSE CIVIL LAWYER
Alexandria MacMaster is an experienced trial attorney with a history of successfully obtaining justice for victims of crimes. She regularly handles cases involving sexual assaults and child abuse in institutional settings including boarding schools, residential treatment facilities, hospitals, universities, sports organizations, day care centers, and schools. Alexandria previously served as an assistant district attorney in Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, where she specialized in prosecuting and investigating crimes involving sexual assault, child abuse, and domestic violence. She has successfully brought dozens of jury and bench trials to verdict. Alexandria is a proud graduate of Boston College and Widener University School of Law.

Jill Roth (She/Her)
LEGAL HOTLINE CONSULTANT, SEXUAL ABUSE CIVIL LAWYER
Jill Roth is an Associate Attorney for the firm’s Crime Victims team, where she regularly handles cases involving sexual and physical assaults in institutional settings including boarding schools, residential treatment facilities, hospitals, universities, sports organizations, day care centers, and churches. Jill previously served as Assistant District Attorney in the Major Felonies Unit at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Over her six-year career with the DA’s Office, Jill handled a wide variety of cases including domestic violence, aggravated assault, intimidation, and gun-point robberies. She also worked in the Legislation and Policy Unit, where she collaborated with policymakers in Harrisburg on legal reforms aimed at making the Commonwealth safer. Jill is a 2018 graduate of the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University.
