Hurt to Healing

Hurt to Healing

Hurt to Healing is a survivor-centered community built around a simple idea: there is no single timeline, roadmap, or right way to heal. H2H brings survivors and supporters together to learn from real experiences, explore different approaches to healing, and discover what resonates with them. Wherever you are in your journey, H2H offers space to reflect, connect, and find your own path forward.

Our Story

Hurt to Healing grew from the conversations happening on the Dear Katie Podcast. Through hundreds of episodes, survivors, advocates, experts, and people from a wide range of backgrounds and fields have shared their experiences, challenged conventional thinking, and offered insights into what healing can look like.

Those conversations made one thing clear: healing is deeply personal. What helps one person may not help another, and meaningful insight can come from many different people, experiences, and perspectives.

H2H brings that philosophy to life. Rather than prescribing what healing should look like, we create opportunities to explore what it can look like. Through guided journal prompts, interactive virtual workshops, monthly newsletters, and a community rooted in learning from one another, H2H gives you tools, perspectives, and connections to help shape a healing journey that is your own.

“This is your healing journey. You’re doing the work. Keep going.”
